Plastering is inherently wet and dusty, but we pride ourselves on extreme cleanliness. We use heavy-duty floor protection, mask edges, and clean up thoroughly at the end of every day. We respect your home.
Ideally, empty rooms are best. However, if that's impossible, moving everything to the dead-center of the room and covering it securely is usually enough for us to work around the walls.
Only when it is 100% dry (pale pink everywhere without dark patches). You MUST apply a 'mist coat' first (cheap matte white emulsion watered down by 30-40%) to seal the porous surface before applying your top coats.
Yes. Once we view the job and price it, that price is fixed. We do not add hidden extras. If you decide to add more work onto the job mid-way, we will price that separately.
